Richmond Clinic is situated on the corner of Caerleon Road and Richmond Road, which is on the main Newport to Caerleon Road at the far end of the shopping centre, opposite St Julian's Church, 300m before junction 25 of the M4 motorway.

There are bus stops from both directions immediately outside with adjacent pedestrian crossing. Car parking space is available in Richmond Road.

As from Monday 27^th September 2004, all doctors in Wales and England have opted out from the Out Of Hours commitment. If you need a doctor from 6.00pm until 8.00am, Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, the number you must ring is 0845 600 1231. Surgeries will no longer be open on a Saturday morning.
